California Air Resources Bureau Statement
 

The Fuel Saver 5000 and Fuel Saver 7000-MPG are patented products that can be sold legally anywhere around the globe.

California Air Resources Board (C.A.R.B.) requires any aftermarket automotive product used on California vehicles regardless of the benefits to the consumer, needs a C.A.R.B. number. The costs for testing to obtain one can easily exceed $300,000.00. 

Fuel Concept's has concluded at this time not to pursue a California Air Resources Bureau number.

If you are a California resident and decide to purchase the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG, it can not be installed on your vehicle at the time of  the C.A.R.B. smog test.
