The Flow Reducer Kit lowers the float level in carbureted vehicles  (normally pre- 1990 models with carburetors) and prevents excess gasoline from being vented down carburetors. This optional part is necessary for the Fuel Saver series to give you the maximum gas mileage increases on carbureted vehicles. The cost is $20.00.
